America walks Vienna.

Also the Americans enjoy walking by foot and eating lecker brotchen. This already GOES on for generations… Ok to be honest not all of them, because America is not sooo much into walking by foot. Instead they prefer going to the gym. As always - the Urb’s are optimistic. It’s never to late. In contrast Debbie is an enthusiastic walker.

Debbie Ehret lives in Stanford, Connecticut and showed us her very personal emotional place in Vienna. And look what happened – it´s as if we planned to do sandwich-advertisement based on that. Because: Debbie told us about LECKER BROTCHEN, which you don’t get in Connecticut like that: Egg with egg – her daughter and later as well her son smile into the camera when they hear it. The Urb´s find that delightful ;-)

Google-Maps Debbies preferred place is Dorotheagasse 2 in the 1st district of Vienna. She tells us that her grand parents used to take her there when she was 4 years old and now she is coming here with her children. Each time she is in Vienna she visits this place and looks back in loving memory to the adventures of her childhood. She urbs through Vienna with her kids, visits the Parliament, the Dorotheum, strolls along Graben and eventually gets some sandwiches in Dorotheagasse.

And she knows that when walking around a city you find many small side streets and in these side streets many details you discover only during the slowness of walking and otherwise would miss.

Thanks a lot to Debbie and her sweet kids for walking with us!
